These Terms of Service govern your engagement with Riverton Roofing Contractors ("Riverton Roofing," "we," "us") for roofing services in Utah. By contracting our services, you ("Client," "you") accept these Terms.

Services Offered

Riverton Roofing provides professional roofing solutions for residential and commercial properties:

• Roof Repair - Leak and structural issue correction

• Roof Replacement - Complete roofing system replacement

• New Roof Installation - Roofing for new construction

• Emergency Roof Repair - Rapid response for urgent needs

• Storm Damage Roof Repair - Severe weather restoration

• Roof Inspection & Maintenance - Preventative care programs

• Gutter & Waterproofing Services - Water damage protection

All work meets Utah building codes and industry standards.

Estimates and Pricing

• Free estimates are valid for 30 days

• Final costs may vary if unforeseen issues are discovered during work

• Significant price changes require your approval before proceeding

• Estimates are approximations, not guaranteed final prices

Scheduling

• Start dates are approximate and depend on weather, materials, and workload

• Emergency repairs receive priority when possible

• You must provide property access and secure pets during our work

• Schedule changes will be communicated promptly

Payment Terms

• Deposits: 25-50% of estimate to secure scheduling and materials

• Progress payments may apply for larger projects

• Final payment due upon completion

• Accepted methods: Cash, check, credit cards, approved financing

• Late payments (after 15 days) incur 1.5% monthly fee or Utah's maximum legal rate

Materials

• We recommend materials based on your property needs and budget

• Final selection requires your approval

• Material warranties come directly from manufacturers

• If materials become unavailable, we'll suggest comparable alternatives

Workmanship Warranty

Cancellation Policy

By You:

• 48+ hours before start: Full refund minus material costs

• Within 48 hours: Deposit non-refundable if materials ordered

• After work begins: Payment required for completed work

By Us:

• We may cancel for unsafe weather, site hazards, non-payment, or safety concerns

• Deposits for unperformed work will be refunded

Safety and Liability

• We follow OSHA guidelines and maintain proper insurance

• Minor property impacts may occur during roofing work

• We're not responsible for unmarked underground utilities or pre-existing damage

• You must secure valuables and notify us of hidden property features

Weather Delays

Roofing is weather-dependent. Delays due to rain, snow, wind, or extreme temperatures don't constitute breach of contract. We'll reschedule when conditions permit safe work.

Insurance Claims

• We provide documentation to support your claim

• You're responsible for payment regardless of insurance approval

• Insurance disputes are between you and your insurer

• Payment terms apply even if reimbursement is delayed

Permits

• We identify when permits are required

• We can obtain permits on your behalf (fees additional)

• Property owner holds final compliance responsibility

• Bringing non-compliant structures to code may affect project scope

Dispute Resolution

• Contact us immediately with concerns

• We'll attempt good-faith resolution

• Unresolved disputes governed by Utah law and may require mediation or arbitration

• Prevailing party may recover attorney's fees

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim won't exceed the amount paid for that specific service. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for delays beyond our control.

General Provisions

• These Terms constitute the complete agreement between parties

• We may modify Terms at any time; changes apply to future contracts

• Riverton Roofing operates as an independent contractor

• Invalid provisions don't affect remaining Terms
